Our history.

Waikato Demolition is part of the AP Group based in Hamilton. The AP Group are specialists in construction, demolition and waste removal in Hamilton, Bay of Plenty and the Waikato. Our services include demolition, construction, asbestos removal, skip bins, heavy machinery hire and concrete crushing.

In 2006, Waikato Demolition was started primarily as a recycler of waste concrete but we quickly established ourselves as a major demolition contractor in the Waikato for both residential and commercial building removal. We now have over 60 skilled staff, a complete fleet of demolition equipment, and a large-scale recycling plant for concrete, timber and steel based in Hamilton.
